AI for the AEC industry

The AI-powered platform for architecture, engineering & construction.

Watch a building's systems route themselves. Reconstrukt generates coordinated MEP straight from your model — starting with the work AEC teams repeat on every project.

01 / Mechanical HVAC systems Supply, return, and exhaust routed through the available ceiling space on every floor.
02 / Electrical Electrical routing Distribution, risers, and branch circuits routed to panels and equipment.
03 / Plumbing Plumbing & drainage Cold, hot, sanitary, and vent — stacks dropped and branches run to every fixture.

AEC runs on repetition — the same drafting, coordination, and documentation, redone by hand on every floor of every project.

01 · Native to your tools

Works inside the models you already build.

Reconstrukt reads your project where it lives — Revit, IFC, CAD — and writes back native, intelligent elements. No fragile exports, no rebuilt geometry, no new file format to adopt.

  • IN.rvt, .ifc & .dwg ingest with discipline mapping
  • OUTNative families & IFC entities, parameters intact
  • SYNCRound-trips back into your live model

02 · Generates the deliverable

It produces the work, not a suggestion.

Reconstrukt doesn't hint — it generates the thing you would have drafted. Today that's a full MEP design: equipment sized and placed, runs routed, and every schedule, drawing, and calculation that ships with it.

  • SETEquipment sized & placed against loads
  • RUNHVAC, plumbing & electrical routed end to end
  • DOCSchedules, drawings & calculations exported

03 · Coordinated by default

Every discipline resolves against the others.

Systems are generated together and checked against structure and each other from the first pass — clashes surfaced and resolved before they become rework on site. The coordination is the point, not an afterthought.

  • XREFCross-discipline coordination in a single solve
  • FIXClash detection with drag-to-fix or Auto-resolve
  • REVRegenerate as the architecture changes

04 · Take-off & estimating

In-depth take-offs and construction estimates, generated.

Reconstrukt quantifies the model as it designs — counting, measuring, and pricing every element into a structured take-off and a defensible construction estimate. Change the design and the numbers re-cost themselves.

  • QTYQuantity take-off pulled straight from the live model
  • ESTConstruction estimates with line-item pricing & assumptions
  • SYNCRe-costs instantly as the design changes

05 · Construction documentation

Project documents that build, update, and store themselves.

RFPs, RFIs, and site instructions drafted from the model, versioned automatically, and kept in one place — so design and construction teams coordinate from a single source of truth instead of chasing email threads and stale PDFs.

  • DOCRFPs, RFIs & site instructions auto-drafted from the project
  • VERVersioned and stored as the project evolves
  • TEAMOne coordinated record across every team

The platform

MEP is where we start — not where we stop.

Reconstrukt is a platform for putting AI inside the everyday work of the built environment. The engine that generates MEP today is built to extend across the model — discipline by discipline, deliverable by deliverable, until the repetitive work of AEC is handled.

Built by people who build

We've done the work we're automating.

Reconstrukt is built by engineers, builders, and software people who have spent careers inside the AEC stack — in Revit, on site, and under deadline.

Between us, that's institutional, healthcare, and hyperscale data-center work — the projects where coordination errors are measured in weeks of rework and millions of dollars. We automate this work because we have done it by hand, thousands of times, and know exactly which parts a machine should own.

No part of Reconstrukt was designed by someone who has never stamped a drawing or run a job.

FAQ

The questions AEC teams actually ask.

No — Reconstrukt is a platform for bringing AI into AEC workflows, and MEP is the first tool we've shipped, not the limit of the product. The same engine extends across the model; architectural workflows are in development, with structural and construction work on the roadmap. MEP is simply where the pain — and the payoff — was sharpest to start.
Reconstrukt ingests .rvt, .ifc, and .dwg models, plus .dxf and .pdf for reference. Generated work is written back as native Revit families and IFC entities, with schedules, drawings, and calculations exported alongside.
Through a Revit add-in and a native IFC pipeline. Generated elements come back as proper system families with parameters and classification intact — so they schedule, tag, and coordinate like anything else in your model, not as dumb geometry.
Your data is processed only to generate your work. We don't train on your models. Projects are isolated from one another, and your data is deleted on request. A private-VPC deployment for firms with stricter requirements is on the roadmap.
The sandbox is tuned to North American practice (ASHRAE, NEC, IPC-family plumbing) today, with metric and imperial units throughout. Additional regional code packs are being added — tell us your jurisdiction when you request access and we'll prioritise accordingly.
Reconstrukt produces a coordinated first-pass design — sized, routed, and clash-checked — that an engineer reviews and refines. Every calculation exposes its assumptions, so you can verify the reasoning rather than trust a black box. It removes the drafting, not the engineer.
